![]() It just describes him so well! -> "Well I lost my pride, with this body of mine." "I got lost to find my way." - > (In the bush) The next little part is pretty much exactly what Will thinks the reason of him being born is -> "I was born for my father's pain, with my brother's style, for my mother's reign." It also says something about being good with goodbyes, which Will has to be good at. The beginning is super honest and sounds like its coming from the mouth of a smart alack. The lyrics in this one really remind me of Will with a happier tune. It is also kind of for him and Dorothy, in their sexual way -> "When the lights go off you'll understand." Will's life is also filled with pain, suffering and no love because of all of the loss he's felt during his life from death. This song is more for Will and his pain and anger. It also connects to Annie wanting to be enough for her uncle -> "Am I a disappointment?." ![]() Annie only really needs two people throughout the book and that's her uncle and Gordon. ![]() ![]() Will frequently needs his friends, his family back, Dorothy and his nieces. This song relates to the desperation of needing others and the love that's shown in the book. ![]()
